Our Green Rooster Initiative is a symbol of our commitment. As one of Germany’s oldest artist paper manufacturers we value tradition and responsibility very highly. In fact, respecting our environment and using sustainable resources is part of our DNA. We run our business with great care and thoughtfulness, as we are located close to a nature reserve. For this reason, we feel we have a certain duty towards our environment and take responsibility for the impact our company has. Giving back and protecting what matters is important to us.
At photokina we usually have a huge Sample Pack Sale. Meaning: You can buy our classic Digital FineArt Sample Packs for a special price and good cause. The proceeds of this promotion are donated through our Green Rooster Initiative. Thereby, we support regional and international environmental protection projects worldwide. So far, we have donated more than EUR 220,000 and will keep on donating even more.
This year you could have even had the chance to buy our Natural Line Sample Packs at a reduced price. But sadly, we will not be able to donate any proceeds of our Sample Pack Sale this year due to the cancellation of photokina 2020. We would have supported the projects ‘Plant for the Planet‘ and ‘Bergwaldprojekt‘.
More information on our Green Rooster Initiative and supported projects is available online and in the article beneath. It is worth the read, since you do not want to miss your chance to win one of four A3+ boxes filled with our finest paper innovations. Have fun reading and Good luck!
In our next article we will present you our most recent supported project. It will be online on Monday, 4 May 2020.
Do not forget to participate in our raffle. It ends on 13 June 2020.
Hello, this is Terry Shoulders.
I would like to compliment whoever creates the Hahnemuhle posts. It is interesting, informative and concise. I have always been an artist and photography is my format. I am intrigued by the exciting papers you are creating today. Is your website the best location to view samples of texture, etc of the papers you currently offer?
Alai, on newer papers, like the Agave, are there currently sample boxes available?
(Are you accepting any applications for qualified new Ambassadors?
Sincerely,
Terry L Shoulders
