My personal experience with the 440th Anniversary Writing Paper Set from Hahnemühle

In a world that is moving more and more into the digital space, I recently discovered Hahnemühle’s 440th Anniversary Writing Paper Set* – and I have to say, I was immediately mesmerised by it. The 30 sheets of cream-coloured premium writing paper with the rooster’s watermark and a weight of 100 g/m² are the heart of the set. When I put my fountain pen down on the paper for the first time, I can feel how smoothly the ink flows on the smooth surface. It feels so effortless to write down the words… It makes me want to not only take notes, but to write a real, handwritten letter – something I have neglected for far too long. I realise immediately: this paper is not only high quality, it inspires.

Part of my writing is the moment when I seal and send the letter – and the 30 envelopes in the set complement the experience perfectly. For me, this box will later serve as stylish storage for my photos – but just the sight of it on my desk makes me happy every time I see it.
