Dear Hahnemühle Customers and Partners,
In the wake of the news surrounding COVID-19 and its spread across the globe, the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners is our top priority.
The information below will help you understand our preparations and the capabilities we at Hahnemühle have developed to work with you in the way that best supports your needs.
Everything will be done in accordance with regulatory requirements to maintain our services and minimize the impact on supply chains.
Paper Manufacturing, Converting and Finishing
Our production, converting and finishing departments in Germany are fully operational. Strictly separated shifts have been implemented to allow operations to be carried out onsite and remotely where possible to ensure minimum risk to possible COVID-19 exposure.
Shipment of Boxes, Pads, Sketchbooks, Notebooks and All Other Finished Products
At the moment, we will continue to ship your orders in a timely manner. Our logistics partner in Germany has switched to shift operations like us to ensure the greatest possible social distancing of employees. As we do have warehouses in Germany, UK, Brazil, USA and China, together with channel inventory at our distributors in more than 120 countries around the world, orders can be placed as normal. While distribution networks will become more impacted and local stores might temporarily reduce traffic or close, retailers still will enable their online fulfillment capabilities to get products to you within the constraints of the package delivery services.
Our Sales, Customer Support & Marketing Teams
Your partners in our sales teams, the technical department and marketing are standing by to answer your product questions, address any technical issues or provide any marketing information you may need. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
We’re Here to Help You Stay Safe While Still Having the Options to be Creative
We recognize that the current situation impacts us all. We are doing everything we can to ensure our employees are healthy and safe. We would also like to wish all our customers and partners to stay healthy and safe during this time. Take good care of yourselves and your loved ones.
