53 artists experiment with paper and explore the highly emotional relationship that people have with this versatile, changeable and ubiquitous material. Paper can absorb, depict and trigger emotions. These emotions make the material and the body vibrate and resonate in every viewer. Haptics, smell, crackling, rustling … viewers can experience in an artistic, playful and explorative way the sensual delicacy, haptic strength, subtle calm or loud power of paper at four art venues in Berlin until 3 September. As a collaborator of the ‚Haus des Papiers‘, Hahnemühle shares the enthusiasm for paper as a material and the love for sculptural paper art. We highly recommend ‚papier & klang by Haus des Papiers‘ to everyone in Berlin and look forward to welcoming many visitors to the
