The good old linocut print is back

“During my experience as linocutter I have searched and tried a lot of different types of paper. I can say that I have tried almost every type of paper, from card stock to hand-made and lots of watercolors papers, but in the end my choice was the Hahnemühle Quattro 170gsm natural white sketch paper in size 30x30cm.

Best of Bitesnich – Andreas H. Bitesnich relies on Hahnemühle paper

Hahnemühle FineArt congratulates Leica photographer Andreas H. Bitesnich on his retrospective ” 25 years of photography ” and thank the photographer for a long and wonderful cooperation. Andreas H. Bitesnich was discovered as one of the first top photographers to use Hahnemühle´s Digital FineArt papers for his large-format prints; he has been loyal to the market-leading inkjet paper since its development in the 1990s.

Portraits with empathy by Leica photographer Mario Marino

Mario Marino was born in 1967 in Austria. He has been a photographer since 2000 and is based in Germany. Marino has a special partnership with Leica and Hahnemühle and uses our matt, textured William Turner Digital FineArt Paper for all his gallery and museum exhibitions as well as for collectors´editions. His work has been exhibited all over the world including Leica Gallery Salzburg, Art Fair Paris, National Portrait Gallery London,  Afrika Museum Nijmegen or at the moment at Empty Quarter Gallery Dubai.
