Several times he crossed the Sahara on foot and by bicycle. His photographs are aesthetic explorations of the desert. The black and white sand landscapes have become his photographic signature. He creates his prints on the matt, finely structured <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hahnemuehle.com\/en\/digital-fineart\/fineart-media\/matt-fineart-smooth\/p\/Product\/show\/8\/7.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hahnem\u00fchle Photo Rag\u00ae Ultra Smooth<\/a> with the aim of touching people&#8217;s senses and sending a message. &#8220;My prints look like raptured motives without time, space and fixe points. Structures from silky to rough and from edgy shapes to floating sotftness evoke different associations in every viewer.
