The pre-sterilised units contain a membrane and a cellulose pad. Along with the monitoring\u00a0 grid, a magnifier integrated in the lid facilitates the counting of colonies.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Connecting the Monitors to multibranchfiltration systems is very easy, the supplied multi-use adapter allows the use of various filtration systems. Simultaneous filtration of multiple samples increases efficiency. After filtration in the lab the monitors can easily be converted into a petri dish without touching the membrane.
