Countdown is running: ‘Maritime World’ will be the title of the Hahnemühle Art Calendar 2018. We are looking forward to submissions from all over the world in our new painting contest. Capture maritime moods, landscapes, fashion or moments: distant shores, dreamlike cruises or relaxing views of the sea.
Just as Alexa Dilla did in her mixed media collage. She is a painter on a cruise ship and has painted the motif for the new calendar painting contest on the open sea. Many painting and drawing techniques such as watercolor, acrylic, colored pencil can be found in it. The motif, similar a hidden object book, always offers new details to discover and inspire. The sketches show the artists’ ideas. Alexa also conducted painting trips to places of desire.
Now it’s your turn! Everything typical maritime should fill the Hahnemühle art calendar 2018. Become a part of the calendar with your motif and win a creative package filled with Hahnemühle artist papers, Schmincke artist paints and da vinci artist brushes with a total value of 350 euros. All painting and drawing techniques as well as mixed media are welcome.
Only condition: Your picture must be on a paper of Hahnemühle or Lana in the landscape format 40 x 30 cm.
Contributions can only be submitted online via the upload portal on our website. The closing date is 30.06.2017. The conditions of participation can be found in the flyer.
